A Hero Comes Home!

Keith Brace, an army major, was warmly welcomed home after being injured in Iraq.  His wife, Amy, is a kindergarten teacher here at CSCS.  They have two children attending also.  Many of the students were praying for him after his injury and anxious to see him when he returned.  The students lined the driveway at the central elementary campus to honor his return.

Entertainment Book Sales “prize”

Friday, Sep. 21st we had a special "prize" time for the Entertainment Book sales.  The students got to tape Mr. Bray to the back stop and “The Queen of Tacky” made a surprise appearance to “help.”

New Computers and Monitors

  There are a lot of happy students these days using updated computers in the elementary computer lab!  We received 12 new computers and an additional 14 monitors.

Colorado History Week

The during week of Oct. 16-20, CSCS Elementary School celebrated our beautiful state of Colorado by studying our state history. This week was particularly fun because the students were invited to dress up at the end of the week. See all the pictures...

 

Friday, September 22nd Mr. Bray served lunch to the students at the central campus in his pajamas because of their Entertainment Book sales.
